Kajian Kualitas Air Berdasarkan Keanekaragaman Meiofauna dan Parameter Fisika-Kimia di Pesisir Losari, Makassar

چکیده

Pesisir merupakan kawasan yang rentan mengalami penurunan kualitas perairan akibat masuknya bahan-bahan pencemar hasil aktivitas antropogenik dari daratan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji berdasarkan keanekaragaman meiofauna dan parameter fisika-kimia di pesisir Losari, Makassar. Selain itu penelitian dilakukan menganalisis pengaruh terhadap dasar perairan. bersifat kuantitatif dengan teknik pengambilan data secara purposive sampling. Status Losari dikategorikan sebagai tercemar berat, hal didasarkan pada tingkat spesies sangat rendah sebagian besar tidak memenuhi baku mutu telah ditentukan oleh pemerintah RI melalui Kep. MLH. No. 51 Tahun 2004. Kecerahan, DO, Suhu, kedalaman, salinitas, nitrat sedimen berkorelasi positif atau berpengaruh meiofauna. Adapun lingkungan negatif diartikan hubungan menguntungkan. Kondisi terjadi merasa terganggu atas sebaran fosfat sedimen, air laut, pH laut.ABSTRACTThe Coastal zone are susceptible to decreasing water quality due entry of pollutants from anthropogenic activities in the mainland. This study assessed based on diversity and physical-chemical parameters coast, Furthermore, this was analyze effect at seabed. It employed a quantitative approach with sampling technique. Water status coast categorized as heavily polluted waters, low level species most does not meet standards determined by Indonesian government through Brightness, temperature, depth, salinity, sediment nitrate positively correlated or influenced level.
